Why does transparent plastic processing start with temperature? Originally, when transparent plastic is processed into a liquid, its viscosity is high and its flowability is poor. When the viscosity is high, it is easy to stick to the surface of the mold and not flow, resulting in incomplete filling of the mold. Therefore, the plastic part will definitely be incomplete after molding. Therefore, when filling transparent materials into the mold, there should be a strong impact force, and the temperature should keep up. The injection temperature should be used to improve its fluidity, so that these liquids have a strong impact force.
To control the injection problem well, the staff must be skilled in technology and have a good understanding of transparent plastics.
